You're my number 1, Number One.

So, I used to host my own blog on my website, but I've decided to take the advice of one of my best friends, and utilize the best kind of code: The kind you don't have to write. I've been teaching myself several computer languages (e.g. Java, php...) and for a while I was hellbent on creating everything from scratch. I suppose that's just the concept of adolescence rearing its head.

Anytime you learn anything you need to have the fundamental experience with that idea. Then you need to exercise total control over a small universe containing that idea. Inside that universe you allow your burgeoning understanding to come into contact with toy circumstances, that grow and grow. Finally, you end up with a mastery of the concept, and mild annoyance with the more trying aspects associated with the use of that concept. This then leads you to looking for easy ways to get the results of a process you understand. That is, blogger. I see it in my students all the time. It's funny how everyone learns the same way; toddler through adult.

Anyways, this is a test to see if I can integrate the website into my own at www.shawncornally.com. I'll write more later.
