D2D - Update




Not the best run. Turns out, on your first day back from sloth and lethargy, you move quite like a lethargic sloth.


Faster and Faster and Faster, though.

SHAWN! I'm so proud of you! I also am currently running like a lethargic sloth. At least we have a few more weeks before the training really starts. The important thing is to just keep putting in miles, be sure to keep me in check, k??? Last week = 2runs, this week = 4. No excuses for me!!
